I hope you're all doing well. It's been another day of trying to break through this writer's block, and I'm starting to feel like a hamster on a wheel.

That's why I wanted to talk to you all today about the power of routine. I've realised that part of my struggle is due to a lack of structure in my daily routine. Without a set schedule, it's easy to get distracted and lose focus.

That's why I've been trying to create a more consistent routine for myself. I start each day with a cup of coffee and some quiet time with Bella, who's been a great comfort to me during this difficult time. Then, I try to spend at least an hour writing before taking a break for lunch. After lunch, I take some time to play with Bella and give her the attention she deserves. I find that taking a break to spend time with her helps me feel refreshed and energised when I get back to writing. In the afternoon, I continue to write for a few more hours. In the evening, I usually watch an episode of "Space Odyssey" before winding down for the night.

I've found that having a routine helps me stay on track and feel more productive. It's not always easy to stick to, but I'm doing my best to make it a habit. Of course, there are still days when the words just don't come. On those days, I try not to be too hard on myself. I remind myself that writing is a process, and sometimes it takes time to find the right words.

That's all for today's blog.

I hope you all find some inspiration in the power of routine.
